DESIGN RATES

General Prices for the Three "B's"... Budget, Basic, Beginning

• Basic Business Card Site - $375
  One page, no hosting. Client provides domain, transfer fees, and any ready-made business logo(s).
  
• Basic Three-page Business Site - $750
  Three pages, no hosting. Includes 1-year domain registration.
  Client provides transfer fees all electronic text any ready-made business logo(s) and up to six (6) digital images.
  
• Basic Three-page E-Commerce Site - $1,150
  Three pages, no hosting. Includes 1-year domain registration and shopping cart setup using Paypal or Mal's for up to six (6) items.
  Client provides transfer fees all electronic text any ready-made business logo(s) and up to six (6) digital images.
• Premium Business Site - Rate based on project price, and is dependent upon all components the client wants on the site. These sites can contain as many pages as the client desires. Site can be built in installments - if that aids with budgeting.
  All programming or elements extraneous to design, and including Photo Optimization or Manipulation will result in additional fees.
  

Typically a full-size business website consists of 10+ pages range between $1,500 - $3,500 depedning upon the complexity of the design and the required scripts and/or programming. Sites consisting of over twenty pages receive a price-break complete with a monthly payment schedule of up to three (3) months to pay - after the down payment is received.

Hourly rate: $45 with a flexible (but required) retainer paid up-front.

Project prices: Often easier on the pocket-book and allow, in some cases, a monthly payment schedule.

DEVELOPMENT / PROGRAMING RATES

Programing and/or code development projects are priced extraneously on a per project or component basis. Programming rates begin at $155 per hour. If you can dream it, we can create it... seriously.

Price quotes for projects are free. Check with MAWD first, we always try to beat our competitors if possible.

HOSTING RATES

If you are tired of dealing with an email-only based web service, or one who never returns your calls or emails, then you will love our service. MAWD hosts with our Affiliate service, Tombigbee.Net. Hosting with Tombigbee assures you of great service, a 24/7 toll-free tech support line, and the ability to phone our office OR the Tombigbee.Net office if you have questions or need assistance.
With this stellar service our servers have a redundant back-up, and have not blinked in over 5 years. We now offer mulitiple platforms on which to host, including secure (HTTPS) hosting. Ask about our new CPanel hosting plans.

Hosting begins at $17.95 per month. MAWD will develop sites on other hosting servers if the client so desires or with our secondary affiliate.

MAINTENANCE PLANS

MAWD offers Website Maintenance Plans in packages for the start-up or smaller business to the corporate business wanting to push their site's visibility and marketing. Our plans all include a convenient "roll-over" of hours up to three months. These plans are created specifically for companies that require routine or quarterly website maintenance and general content updating but don't want the expense and commitment of hiring or creating a staff position within their company.

Plans can be purchased in levels of services offered in order to best meet your particular companies' needs.  Our contracts are annual and start with five, ten, or fifteen hour increments. Customized plans for companies needing more than fifteen hours per month can also be arranged.
Maintenance Plan rates are at a DISCOUNTED RATE from our normal per-hour basis. Our clients can feel free to provide their requested updates in most formats available to PC such as -- mail, e-mail, fax, disk, DVD or CD. MAWD has a variety of PC programs and can open most common software programs.

If you're on the fence over whether or not a Maintenance Plan is right for you, it may help you to note that our company keeps abreast of new internet technologies and trends that may help your company website have a competitive edge in your niche market. We offer a range of advanced technical skills and years of expertise that may not be possible to attain by merely training an office employee.

Please note that we offer our clients a private website link (only given to the client) to view any requested updates prior to their being uploaded onto your website. This aids our clients who may have omitted or added information for public viewing.

Communicating with MAWD is easy and quick as well. Simply send in your request and we will contact you of receipt within 24 hours during regular Monday-Friday business weeks. We will make every attempt to accomodate any legitimate emergency changes but applicable fees may be accessed.

With our more aggressive Competitive Plan MAWD can also help maintain search engine submissions, write and maintain company blogs (with input from company staff), and keep images, media kits and other important company news or press releases fresh to view for your returning site visitors. 

With Maintenance from MAWD you will know your website is current and maintained in both content and data backups on a monthly basis.  We would encourage you to take a moment to see if one of our plans will fit the needs of your company.

This plan does not include the addition of extra pages to the website structure, copywriting, editing, image optimization, software, sub-contracted work, or programming.  We are also not responsible for the repair to code damaged by a party other than MAWD. *normal per hour rate is $45

$185 per month (1-year contract)

Corporate Plan
This plan is best for those with medium sized or corporate business websites. This plan will consist of ten (10) hours per month for basic and more advanced updates of your business website and may include the following:

1. Includes all services in the Basic Plan, PLUS:
2. Conversion of documents provided for optimal Internet viewing.
   (i.e. text/image documents to both zipped and full-sized PDF's)
3. Uploading of provided images with optimization for quicker Internet viewing
4. Backup of subdomains
5. PDF of site statistics to client
6. Site submission through cpanel admin
7. Monitoring of any Marketing Strategies or link exchange opportunities
8. IF UTILIZED BY CLIENT: Google WordAD set-up (minus fees) and monitoring
9. As needed Copy-Editing
10. Direct Links and Reciprocal Links
11. Full backup of website

$275 per month (6-month contract available)

Competitive Plan
This plan is best for those who would like input for enhancements and an aggressive approach to maintenance and website marketing and visibility.

This plan consists of fifteen (15) hours per month for advanced updates of your business website and will include the following:

1. All services in both the Basic and Corporate Plans, PLUS:
2. Blog installation (software purchase non-included) and maintenance (blog maintenance can be either a portion OR a whole part of your monthly maintenance.  Blog hours exceeding the Maintenance Plan will be charged at the normal per-hour rate of $45).
3. Basic submission to search engines and niche directories that fit your target audience or 15% discount on full SEO implementation.
4. Additional structural pages as needed, including linking of navigational structure and change to site's Master Template.
5. Implementation of PowerPoint files (creation time dependant upon materials submitted)
6. E-Mail Marketing or Newsletters
7. Active search for suitable Online Advertising Campaigns or Affiliate Programs
8. Website Quality Audit consisting of a thorough audit to review broken links, file sizes, download times as well as to identify problem areas on your site from web analytics data.

This plan does not include software, sub-contracted work, or programming. We are also not responsible for the repair to code damaged by a party other than MAWD. *normal per hour rate is $45

$345 per month (6-month contract available)

DOMAIN REGISTRATION RATES

Domain Registration can be done strictly through MAWD, or through our affiliate, Tombigbee.Net.

Domains are $25 per year, including site monitoring at the end of term. You'll never have to worry about your domain name expiring again - we make sure of that!
Domain registration for 10 years is only $150.

GRAPHIC DESIGN / LAYOUT RATES - for more indept info view PRINT section.

Prices for Logo Development and Samples:· Five Sample Selection - $90.00
Based on discussion we will create up to three (3) samples for you to chose from. The fee for creating the samples is non-refundable if you do not select from the samples or their alternates. If a sample is selected the sample fee will go toward the payment for the completed logo.

Digital (Internet) use only - $399.00
This logo can be used for your Internet Website or for sending the logo, in a generally accepted method, via electronic transfer. Marshall Arts Web Design reserves the right to use any and all samples and final work for advertisement purposes and shall retain copyright of such imagery.
Print use only - $499.00
This high-resolution logo can be used for your business letterheads, business cards, or any other print-related needs. You may request your Print logo in either Grayscale, 2-Colour, or 4-Colour. Marshall Arts Web Design reserves the right to use any and all samples and final work for advertisement purposes and shall retain copyright of such imagery.
Digital (Internet/Web) and Print use - $799.00 - this price includes web art.
This logo package can be used for both your Internet OR your business letterheads, business cards, or any other print-related needs. Marshall Arts Web Design reserves the right to use any and all samples and final work for advertisement purposes and shall retain copyright of such imagery.Brochures, Newsletters, Flyers, or other graphic design items are priced on a per-project basis. Magazine layout or advertising graphic design prices are also available upon request.
Pro Package - $1,599.00+ - Total identity kit contains the essentials for branding your business in print and online. This package includes logo for print / digital, business card, letterhead, CD/DVD jacket, , fax cover sheet, and a PowerPoint presentation template. Other items may be added if desire but will affect the total price.

FINE ART & COMMISSIONED ARTWORK

Kay Marshall is a formerly trained artist whose specialty is portraiture. She hold a BFA degree with concentrations in Painting, Photography, and Art History. Her work has been shown in numerous shows and juried exhibits throughout the US and in France.
She has taught both studio and lecture classes at the college level, and continues to teach Community Edu. classes at the Ole Miss Tupelo campus.

Working with a unique mixed-media format, Marshall combines both liquid and powder mediums in the completion of her subject matter.Prices vary from subject to subject and is dependent entirely upon the complexity and amount of time each commission requires. Base estimates on smaller portraits are listed below.

Standard Portraiture - one subject:

16 x 20 -- $950+ - dependent upon subject matter, higher with framing / matting.
18 x 24 -- matted & framed -- $1250+ - dependent upon subject matter
matted & framed -- $1500+ - dependent upon subject matter
24 x 32 -- $2500+ - dependent upon subject matter
matted & framed -- $3000+ - dependent upon subject matter
